This competitive student program identifies top talent and nurtures them with entrepreneurial learning experiences, ensuring they are equipped to make impactful contributions from day one.

Talent, Visibility, and Community for Your Company

Startup internships are flexible, year-round, and tailored to fit both their schedules and your company’s needs. Additionally, participating companies can join a cohort of 30-35 companies to exchange talent development strategies, while benefiting from cost-free internships, industry mentorship, and the chance to celebrate intern graduations with your company logo showcased on the Nasdaq MarketSite Tower in Times Square, New York.

Eligibility:

To be eligible, your U.S.-based startup must have at least 5 employees. You should be interested in hosting up to three remote, project-based interns for 14 weeks during Spring and/or Fall. Interns work 10-15 hours per week, and you must provide a dedicated manager to support them.

The Startup Intern Match program connects early-stage startups with skilled student talent eager to contribute fresh perspectives and drive growth. This initiative aims to support startups by providing talented interns who can take on project-based work and help meet key business objectives.

Who is eligible to participate?2024-11-20T11:06:29-08:00

To participate in the program, your organization must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a startup or innovation-focused company with at least 5 employees.
  • Operate within the United States.
  • Be interested in hosting student interns during the Spring (January to early May) or Fall (end-of-August to mid-December).
  • Offer half-time (10 to 15 hours per week), remote, project-based internship opportunities for 14 consecutive weeks during the Fall and Spring programs.
  • Be able to host up to three (3) student interns and provide a dedicated intern manager to support their learning and work.

We accept applications from startup companies year around. If you applied between mid-August and mid-November, your application will be considered for Spring cohort. If you applied between mid-March and mid-June, your application will be considered for Fall cohort.
